Present Dhaval Group has two manufacturing sites :

• DHAVAL DYES, Unit 1 : This site was developed keeping in focus Dhaval’s contract manufacturing activities. This site is also used for the manufacture of Intermediates and Pharma additives. At present for our two MNC clients we are undertaking reactions like Bromination & Chlorosulphonation based reactions. Entire process is been carried out as per our valued customer’s spec. along with maintaining a strict confidentiality is an ongoing process. We have a location advantage, being a remote place maintaining a secrecy is a very ease task for us

• DHAVAL DYES., Speciality Chem Divison; Dedicated site to manufacture, Denatonium Benzoate, its derived customize solutions and Denatonium Saccharide.

• Both Plants are ISO 9001:2000 certified by BSI Quality systems, UK

We focus significantly on the quality of the raw materials and finished products at all our plants to ensure the desired quality of outputs.

We have a quality control department at our both Plants, which consist of a Quality Control Laboratory, Research and Development Laboratory, Instrumentation Laboratory and Classical Laboratory. In addition, at our Unite 2, we have an Application Laboratory.

Research is a critical thrust area for us at Dhaval, because it is the foundation upon our strategy of multiple markets

We have a dedicated R&D capability for Denatonium based compounds.
